Israel Faces Rising Heat and Increased Temperature Load This Week
Following the morning cloud dispersal today, clear skies are expected with a slight temperature increase, particularly in the mountainous regions and inland areas where temperatures will be somewhat above seasonal norms. The heat load will intensify further.
The weather forecast for the coming days is as follows: Thursday, July 16, will be clear after morning clouds dissipate, with no significant weather changes. Friday, July 17, will also be clear following morning cloud dispersal, maintaining stable weather conditions. On Saturday, July 18, partly cloudy skies are expected alongside rising temperatures and an increased heat load.
Temperature ranges for Saturday include Tel Aviv-Yafo and Haifa at 25° to 30°C, Jerusalem and Mitzpe Ramon at 21° to 31°C, Ashdod and Ashkelon at 24° to 30°C and 25° to 30°C respectively, Beersheba and Afula reaching higher temperatures of 22° to 35°C and 23° to 35°C respectively. Residents are advised to prepare for the escalating heat and consider using air conditioning to cope with the warmer conditions.
