Five Detained After 15-Year-Old Stabbed at Tel Aviv Nightclub
A night out at the "Uman 17" nightclub on Eliphelet Street in Jaffa turned violent on Tuesday night when a 15-year-old boy was stabbed during a fight. Police from the Jaffa station launched an investigation and arrested five suspects believed to be involved in the incident. The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended their detention by three days as the inquiry continues.
According to police findings, an argument broke out between the teenager and several other youths. During the confrontation, one of the suspects allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed the minor in the lower body. Medical teams provided initial treatment at the scene before transporting the boy to the hospital, where his condition was reported as mild.
Officers quickly arrived at the club, collected evidence, and conducted searches for those involved. Among the five suspects arrested, two are minors residing in the Gush Dan area. A knife was seized from one of the detainees, and police are investigating whether it was the weapon used in the stabbing. The court approved the police request to extend the suspects' detention by three days to allow further investigation.
