Olympic Medalists Launch Leadership and Resilience Program on Mount Olympus
Olympic medalists Peter Pelcik and Oren Smadja, together with judo team psychologist Elad Pazi, are launching a unique leadership and resilience program in Greece. The initiative, managed by PathEdge Ltd in collaboration with Keren Ofek Productions, will take 18 selected senior executives on a five-day leadership journey to the summit of Mount Olympus in October 2026.
The program, called PathEdge Olympus, begins on October 11 and concludes on October 15. Participants will stay at a boutique seaside hotel and engage in both individual and group activities, including judo mat sessions and a guided hike to the mountain peak with overnight stays in mountain huts. The experience combines nature, teamwork, and content from psychology, competitive sports, and leadership fields.
Prior to the trip, the chosen executives will undergo a six-week personalized preparation program starting in late August to ensure physical and mental readiness. The training requires no prior sports experience and is tailored to each participant's daily routine.
Elad Pazi emphasized the symbolic power of Greek mythology and the "hero's journey" as a framework for personal growth and resilience. Both Smadja and Pelcik, who have overcome significant physical and mental challenges, view the climb as a tangible platform for participants to develop coping skills, excellence, and peak performance.
Keren Ofek Productions, experienced in creating original corporate events, leads the production and logistics of this innovative leadership expedition.
