Lifan Motor Launches B10 Plug-In Hybrid SUV in Israel with New Pricing and Features

Lifan Motor's Israeli importer continues to strengthen the brand's presence by introducing a plug-in hybrid version of the compact B10 SUV alongside a new pricing structure and plans for additional models. The B10 plug-in hybrid features a 1.5-liter gasoline engine producing 88 horsepower paired with a 218-horsepower electric motor that powers the rear wheels. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds and offers an electric-only range of 86 kilometers thanks to its 18.8 kWh battery.

Charging options include a 6.6 kW home charger that fully charges the battery in three hours and a 46 kW fast charger that can charge from 30% to 80% in 20 minutes. The vehicle also supports Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) functionality. Performance is comparable to the fully electric version of the B10, with the plug-in hybrid accelerating slightly faster and both capped at a top speed of 170 km/h.

Both the electric and plug-in hybrid B10 models share identical trim levels. The "Life" trim includes features such as an NFC smart key, remote control app, an 8.8-inch digital instrument cluster, a 14.6-inch multimedia screen with OTA updates and smartphone connectivity, wireless charging, rear parking sensors, surround-view cameras, panoramic sunroof with a shade, and 18-inch wheels. The "Design" trim adds synthetic leather upholstery, electrically adjustable, heated and ventilated front seats, heated steering wheel, rain sensor, ambient lighting, electrically folding side mirrors, tinted rear windows, rear armrest, electric trunk, and a 12-speaker sound system.

Safety features are comprehensive across trims, with the B10 earning a 7 out of 8 rating from the Israeli Ministry of Transportation and 5 stars in European crash tests. It includes seven airbags, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, blind spot detection with collision prevention, door opening alert, rear cross-traffic alert with braking, driver monitoring, rear collision warning, and child presence alert.

The price list for the B10 plug-in hybrid and the C10 electric model has been reduced by 5,000 to 10,000 shekels, further enhancing their competitiveness in the Israeli market. The importer also announced expectations for additional new models to join the lineup soon.
