The story · English

American retail giant Costco will begin selling gummy vitamin supplements produced by Israeli company Top Gum in its physical stores starting in the fourth quarter of this year. These gummies, branded as Gummiceuticals, serve as dietary supplements and probiotics. Until now, Costco primarily sold dietary supplements through its online channels, but this new move to physical retail locations is expected to expand its presence in the sector.

Top Gum, which manufactures gummies for other companies responsible for branding and marketing, operates a production facility in Sderot, Israel. The company anticipates that the expanded collaboration with Costco will increase its sales by millions of dollars this year, with the bulk of growth expected in 2025.

In parallel, Top Gum raised its annual sales forecast. While in January it projected an annual sales run rate of $120 million for the second half of 2025, it now expects revenues to exceed $145 million in the second half of 2026. This revision is based on current sales, received orders, and forecasts for 2026. The company attributes growth to expanding business with both existing and new strategic customers in North America. Its production facilities in Israel, Canada, and the US will support rising demand and improve supply capabilities.

Top Gum is traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with a market value of 1.6 billion shekels. Over the past 12 months, its stock price has risen 42%, outperforming the TA SME60 index, which increased by 26% during the same period.
