IDF Responds to Stone-Throwing Near Ramallah, Injuring Several Palestinians

The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that during an Israeli military and settler operation in the village of Al-Murayyer east of Ramallah, a Palestinian was shot in the leg, two others were hit by rubber bullets, and a 10-year-old boy suffered a head injury from a stun grenade. Israeli security sources stated that the IDF unit arrived in the village following a report from a shepherd about Palestinians throwing stones at him and setting fire to the area. According to these sources, the soldiers initially fired warning shots into the air before shooting toward one of the stone throwers to restore order.
