Widow of Fallen IDF Soldier Zechariah Haber Announces Engagement

The widow of Zechariah Haber, an IDF soldier who was killed in action, has announced her engagement for the second time. In a statement, she expressed gratitude and joy, saying, "With praise and thanks to God, I am engaged to David Segal, and we are excited to build a faithful home in Israel." Zechariah Haber, a 32-year-old reserve staff sergeant from Jerusalem, was one of two armored corps reservists from Battalion 87 in the 14th Armored Brigade who were killed in combat in northern Gaza. He and fellow soldier Yair Katz, 34, from Holon, died from an RPG missile strike on their tank. Since the outbreak of the war on October 7, 527 IDF soldiers have fallen, including 192 since the start of the ground operation.
