Iranian news agency Fars reported that the United States launched cruise missile strikes this morning on a strategic railway bridge in the Iran-China-Russia corridor. The targeted bridge is part of the China-Turkmenistan-Iran railway route and has recently been used extensively for transporting Russian goods, with increased train traffic from China due to a maritime blockade. The Iranian Foreign Ministry condemned the US attacks, accusing them of targeting civilian infrastructure including railway bridges, and labeled the strikes as "serious war crimes." In an official statement, the ministry denounced the "aggressive attacks by the American terror army" on several points in southern coastal provinces and two bridges in eastern provinces along the railway route to the holy city of Mashhad. The US administration was described as "evil and psychopathic" in the statement.
