Human Teeth Remains Found in Kibbutz Kfar Aza Over a Year After October 7 Massacre

Human teeth remains were discovered on Wednesday in the Dor Tzair neighborhood of Kibbutz Kfar Aza, near the site where human remains had been found previously. Authorities believe these remains may be linked to the October 7, 2023 massacre, although the identities of the victims have not yet been confirmed. The kibbutz management stated that police were called to the scene and that the Northern Brigade’s rabbi transferred the remains to the National Institute of Forensic Medicine in Abu Kabir for identification.

Last month, suspected human bone fragments were also found in the same neighborhood. Police collected those findings and sent them for laboratory analysis to determine their origin and whether they belonged to victims of the Hamas attack on October 7. Residents of the kibbutz noted the area had suffered severe damage during the Hamas raid. The ongoing forensic examinations aim to clarify the identities of the victims and provide closure to families affected by the attack.
