UAE Advisor Warns Gulf States Won't Tolerate Iran's Escalation Hesitation

Anwar Gargash, advisor to the President of the United Arab Emirates, responded on X to recent exchanges of fire between Washington and Tehran. He criticized Iran's attacks on Kuwait, Bahrain, and commercial tankers from Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the Strait of Hormuz. Gargash stated these actions clearly demonstrate that Tehran remains unable to adhere to calls for de-escalation and ending the conflict. He emphasized that Gulf countries cannot remain targets amid Iran's indecision between escalating tensions and pursuing stability and peace.
