“More Than Charity, It Is Helping a Woman Grow a Fruit-Bearing Tree”: The Interview Every Woman Seeking Abundance and Joy Should Read
Between managing the home, raising children and working, many women forget themselves. We met for a conversation with Dr. Keren Bnin, mentor and head of program development for women in the sector at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center. Dr. Bnin brings much more than an academic title, she is a therapist, business consultant, mediator, dancer, choreographer, a returnee to observance and a mother to a large family. With these “broad shoulders” and rich experience, she has for years propelled thousands of women into powerful processes of personal and professional development, and explains how women, from kindergarten teachers to lawyers, have become trailblazers of abundance and joy.
Women are overloaded in daily life, and many will say, “I’m rusty and I haven’t moved in years.” Why dance, and how do you begin? “A woman is the ‘mainstay of the home,’ and to grow the home, you have to grow her. The vast majority come to us after a long time without movement. Our program is a ‘10,000-km tune-up,’ everything happens gradually, step by step. Through movement, a woman removes years of rust. When the body is charged with joy, the woman returns home calmer, healthier and more productive.”
There are many classes across the country. What is the big difference of ‘Baila’? Dr. Bnin said, “It is the only method that combines dance with awareness set to Jewish melody. We have five different dance styles, each with its own inner ‘frequency’: for example, release technique to break emotional blocks, and jazz that connects to an awareness of abundance. When there is harmony between body and soul, through connection and Jewish music, we simply hear stories of salvation, dramatic health changes and a strong mindset.”

It’s not just a class, it’s a profession. You have thousands of graduates in Israel and around the world, how does it become a lucrative profession? “As a business consultant, I sit with each student to build her a strategic map. Combined with recognized and prestigious certificate studies at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center, we achieve about 90 percent placement. The track is designed to fit into life, with only one day of study a week, so a teacher remains a teacher, but adds an additional income and financial abundance, whether through leading classes, workshops or personal training.”
There is a lot of talk about the connection between body and soul. Can dance really heal and bring about change in reality? Dr. Keren Bnin: “Absolutely. Once the body and soul are balanced and in harmony, women experience, through our awareness exercises, salvations beyond nature. Women have been cured of the known disease, older women found partners, others conceived and had children, and many women emerged from deep depression. We have more than 600 testimonial stories from women who experienced amazing salvations and miracles through the method. God willing, we are soon publishing a whole book that will compile all these stories of salvation. It simply proves that when body and soul are freed together, abundance and blessing enter life.”
On 30.6 you are holding the open day in Netanya. Why can’t it be missed? Dr. Keren Bnin: “Because this experience cannot be understood from words alone. On that day, which takes place once a year, participants will take part in an exciting dance workshop in five styles and receive a great deal of knowledge. It is a free open day, and only during it will special scholarships and enrollment benefits be offered to those who come. This is the time to drop everything and come, because there simply is no other day like it.”
Don’t be left behind. Come experience it for yourself on Tuesday, 15 Tammuz (30.6.2026) at 4:00 p.m., at the Levinsky-Wingate Academic Center. For more details, click here>>
