Fenerbahce Star Tarik Biberovic Signs Multi-Year Deal with Dallas Mavericks

Tarik Biberovic, a standout forward for Turkish champions Fenerbahce, is set to join the NBA's Dallas Mavericks after an impressive season. According to a report from Eurohoops on July 6, 2026, Biberovic has agreed to a multi-year contract with Dallas. The Mavericks acquired his rights last week in a trade involving Santi Aldama and have since been negotiating his salary to finalize the deal.

Fenerbahce will lose one of their key players but will receive financial compensation from Dallas. In the previous season, Biberovic averaged 11.3 points, 3 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game. He is recognized as one of the most efficient shooters in the EuroLeague, boasting shooting percentages of over 52% on two-pointers, 41% on three-pointers, and 95% from the free-throw line. Biberovic was originally selected 56th overall in the 2023 NBA Draft.
