Light Rail Red Line Rerouted Due to Suspicious Object Near Salama Station

The operator of the Red Line light rail, Tevel, announced a route change following the discovery of a suspicious object near Salama Station. As a result, the Red Line will operate on a shortened service. Line R1 will run only between Elifelet and CBS Petah Tikva, and from Komemiyut to Independence Station in Bat Yam. The company confirmed that Line R3 will continue to operate without any changes.
