Jerusalem Man Investigated for Riding Motorcycle with Dog for Social Media Video

A man in his twenties from the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood in Jerusalem was summoned for police questioning after posting a video showing him riding a motorcycle with his dog seated unsecured in front. The footage, filmed during the ride, shows the suspect holding a mobile phone in one hand while steering the motorcycle with the other.
