Toldot Avraham Yitzchak Rebbe Visits Supporter’s Home in Har Yona for Mezuzah Dedication

Last weekend, the Rebbe of Toldot Avraham Yitzchak arrived in Har Yona to spend the upcoming summer weeks with his Hasidim, marking his first visit to the community in nearly a year due to previous health issues that had prevented travel. His arrival was met with great excitement and a festive reception, including hundreds of children from the Toldot Avraham Yitzchak Talmud Torah dressed in Shabbat clothes singing joyous melodies in the streets. The Rebbe warmly greeted the children and blessed the local residents.

During his stay, the Rebbe will lead uplifting Shabbat gatherings, meet with followers, and provide spiritual guidance. On Friday evening, he visited the new apartment of his devoted supporter, Rabbi David Shisha, in the Ma'ozritch neighborhood of Har Yona. There, the Rebbe conducted a mezuzah dedication ceremony and housewarming to express gratitude for Rabbi Shisha’s dedicated care of the Rebbe’s health and his efforts in fundraising for medical treatments over recent years.

Following the ceremony, a brief celebratory meal was held where the Rebbe offered blessings for Rabbi Shisha’s success. The Rebbe then toured the neighborhood, reviewing new construction projects and hearing detailed updates from community leaders about the growth of the Hasidic settlement and plans for future expansion. The visit highlights the Rebbe’s renewed ability to engage closely with his community after a prolonged period of limited travel due to health concerns.
