After achieving its goal and being promoted to the Premier League, Maccabi Petah Tikva has begun preparations for next season and has already arranged an overseas training camp, where it will travel next month. The camp will take place at the national team complex in Serbia starting on July 9, and during it Ziv Arie's team will play practice matches, among others, against Rodina from the Russian top division and Cukaricki from Serbia's first division.
As for the squad, the club is focusing on bringing in foreign players in three different positions, center back, midfielder and striker. The club hopes to sign high-level players who will form the core of the team in the upcoming season.
