In a recent interview with Vogue Italia, she shared harrowing memories of her ICU stay, highlighting the support of a nurse named Olivia who encouraged her daily to wake up and leave intensive care. Madonna honored this nurse by naming a gifted octopus doll "Octavia," which she keeps with her every night.

During a Los Angeles concert, Madonna revealed that upon awakening from the coma, the first word she uttered was "No!" She reflected on a spiritual moment where she felt God asked if she wanted to come with Him.
