Bulgarian club Ludogorets has decided to temporarily halt its search for a new head coach and will continue with Mikael Stahre as the interim manager. Stahre, 50, took over after the departure of Matias Høgmo and previously led the team to victory in the Conference League playoff against Lokomotiv Plovdiv last season, securing qualification via a penalty shootout. Reports in Bulgarian media suggest that the possibility of appointing Israeli coach Barak Itzhaki has diminished significantly.
