Samah Goldin Calls Gaza Tunnel Sealing a Victory of Values Beyond Military Success

He revealed that Hamas had concealed Hadar in that tunnel for over 11 years, viewing it as a symbol of their triumph over Israel. Addressing criticisms regarding settlement in the Gaza Strip, Goldin expressed skepticism, recalling how for nine years he was told why settlement was impossible and that Hamas was an asset. He criticized the state for neglecting basic needs of communities surrounding Gaza and stated his belief that any area captured by the IDF is suitable for settlement.
