Anchor Yaakov Bardugo Labels Gadi Eizenkot as Extreme Leftist, Accuses Him of Deception
Yaakov Bardugo, a presenter on Channel 14, sharply criticized Gadi Eizenkot, leader of the Yisrael party, accusing him of pretending to be right-wing. Bardugo stated that Eizenkot is actually "the most extreme left-wing man," supporting the establishment of a Palestinian state and willing to accept a nuclear Iran. He condemned Eizenkot's "Tirsh" plan, which Bardugo claims severely harmed the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
Bardugo further described Eizenkot as a full representative of the Israeli deep state and supporters of the Oslo Accords, the disengagement from Gaza, and the withdrawal from Lebanon. He accused Eizenkot of dishonesty and intellectual theft, warning voters that Eizenkot is merely trying to present himself as right-wing to steal their votes.
The criticism comes amid ongoing political debates in Israel, with Bardugo emphasizing the need to expose Eizenkot's true positions. In related news, Bardugo also praised a recent interview with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as one of his best in years.
