Eighth-Grade Students from Avi Ezri in Beit Shemesh Tested by Rabbi Shimon Herman
Students from the “Avi Ezri” Talmud Torah in Beit Shemesh traveled to Jerusalem to be examined at the home of Rabbi Shimon Herman, after completing and reviewing Tractate Sukkah, which they studied throughout the year with effort and perseverance.
The students, eighth-graders who are preparing to move on to small yeshivas, came to the home of Rabbi Shimon Herman in the Ramot Shlomo neighborhood, where they were tested for a long time on the sections of the tractate they had studied במהלך the year. During the exam, the students displayed impressive knowledge and broad mastery of the tractate’s topics, and Rabbi Herman expressed his admiration for their extensive knowledge and for the effort they invested in their studies.
After the exam, Rabbi Herman warmly blessed the students, wishing them continued success in rising and advancing in Torah and fear of Heaven, and much success in the small yeshivas they will enter next year.
