Butcherie de Brilloche Launches South American Cocktail Bar with Grilled Skewers in Tel Aviv
Butcherie de Brilloche, a long-established Argentine steakhouse on HaBarzel Street in Tel Aviv's Ramat Hahayal neighborhood, has opened a new intimate cocktail bar within its premises. After 15 years of operation, the restaurant is expanding to offer a casual and accessible nightlife experience in northern Tel Aviv, catering to those seeking a light date or after-work drink without committing to a full meal or dealing with city center traffic.
The new bar features a South American-inspired cocktail menu incorporating ingredients such as mate, dulce de leche, and Malbec wine, with prices ranging from 46 to 58 shekels. Classic Argentine flavors are reimagined, including a twist on the cola and Fernet Branca with Amarena cherries. Complementing the drinks is a creative selection of grilled skewers priced between 42 and 88 shekels, including options like picanha with grilled pineapple, veal sweetbreads with citrus fruit, foie gras with drunken apple, and beef fillet with Malbec glaze.
Additional bar dishes suitable for the summer season maintain the South American theme, featuring handmade empanadas, chorizo sausage, cigars stuffed with asado and sweetbreads, and a small hamburger topped with a slice of picanha, priced from 18 to 64 shekels. The bar operates Monday through Thursday and Saturday from 6 p.m., with the cocktail menu not available on Fridays. This new concept aims to blend quality meat and sophisticated cocktails for a relaxed evening under the office lights of Ramat Hahayal.
