Hatzor HaGlilit Council Head Leaves Likud Citing Neglect of Northern Aid

Michael Kabsa, head of the Hatzor HaGlilit local council, announced his departure from the Likud party after nearly two years of persistent efforts to secure government support for his community. In a video message to residents, Kabsa explained that despite his long-standing affiliation with Likud, Hatzor HaGlilit remains neglected and excluded from all economic aid programs aimed at northern Israel. Kabsa stated, "There comes a moment when silence becomes consent, and I refuse to consent to the continued abandonment of Hatzor."
