Reality Star Daniel Buchbut Shares Personal Style and Life Reflections After The Amazing Race

Daniel (Danny) Buchbut, 27, recently gained fame as part of the “Purple Couple” with her father Ezi on the Israeli reality show “The Amazing Race,” where they reached the final three. Now nearing the completion of her business degree at Reichman University and studying acting for the camera, Daniel opened up about her personal style and meaningful wardrobe items during a visit to her Florentin apartment.

Daniel highlighted her favorite clothing pieces, including a versatile asymmetric shirt from Israeli brand SE MU YE, designed by Nitzan Sharig and Sagie Tziporen, which she owns in three colors. She also expressed affection for a bold fuchsia pink shirt featuring a gourmet print, despite its daring color and mixed reactions from others. A treasured item is a leopard-print dress from a Paris boutique called Rose, gifted by her late aunt who was like a mother figure and a significant presence during her time on the show.

Reflecting on her wardrobe choices during the race, Daniel admitted to regretting buying a purple coat she never wore, bought under pressure to dress in purple for events. She described the purple dress code as challenging, saying, “The race itself was easier than finding purple clothes.” Among her prized possessions are rare Jeffrey Campbell shoes she bought last year, which she fondly joked she wanted to marry.

On a personal note, Daniel revealed she recently ended a six-year relationship and is not planning a wedding soon. However, she remains hopeful about her future, sharing, “My biggest dream is to get married, be a mother, and have my own family, and I know it will happen.”
