Niv Antman Signs One-Year Extension with Maccabi Netanya
Niv Antman, the 33-year-old goalkeeper who joined Maccabi Netanya from Hapoel Haifa during the current season, has agreed to extend his contract for another year with the club. Antman will rejoin the training sessions under coach Ronny Levy as the team prepares for the upcoming season. Meanwhile, Maccabi Netanya is actively searching for an additional goalkeeper to strengthen their squad. The club has shown interest in Nadav Zamir, the goalkeeper from Hapoel Jerusalem, but no agreement has been reached yet. Another goalkeeper, Omer Nir'on, is still recovering from a serious injury and has not returned to training. For now, only youth team goalkeepers have been training with the senior squad. Antman's continuation provides stability in the goalkeeper position as the team looks to finalize its roster.
