AC Milan set to sign Goncalo Ramos in record club deal
Portuguese striker Goncalo Ramos is expected to leave Paris Saint-Germain for AC Milan in a deal worth about 70 million euros, according to reports on June 26, 2026. If completed, it would be the biggest transfer in Milan’s history. The move is taking place during the World Cup, with Ramos, 25, already having undergone medical tests in the United States while with his national team.
Ramos joined PSG in the summer of 2023 and has since scored 45 goals and added four assists in 57 appearances in all competitions. The article notes that he was often used as a backup striker under Luis Enrique, despite his strong production. After winning two European titles with PSG, he is now set for a move to San Siro.
The report says the close relationship between Milan owner Gerry Cardinale and PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi played a decisive role in the agreement. Ramos is also described as the first signing of the Ruben Amorim era at Milan.
The transfer would break Milan’s previous record fee, set when Rafael Leao arrived from Lille for about 40 million euros. It would still fall short of the Serie A record, 74 million euros paid by Inter to Chelsea for Romelu Lukaku.
