Report: Hapoel Tel Aviv Interested in Jaime Pradilla
Spanish reports say Hapoel Tel Aviv is pursuing Valencia power forward Jaime Pradilla, one of the rising names in Spanish basketball. The 25-year-old is drawing attention after helping Valencia win its second league title, beating Barcelona in the finals.
According to Okdiario, Pradilla would prefer to stay in Spain, but Valencia knows the Israeli club could afford his high buyout clause. He is under contract through 2028 and his release fee is said to be 1.5 million euros.
Spanish media also say Real Madrid is currently the favorite to sign him, with Anadolu Efes, coached by Pablo Laso, also mentioned as a possible destination. Pradilla completed his sixth season with Valencia and previously won EuroBasket with Spain.
This season, he averaged 6.8 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 20 EuroLeague minutes per game. In the Spanish league, he averaged 10.4 points, 6 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 21 minutes per game.
