TikTok Launches AI Agent to Help Advertisers Build Campaigns Faster
TikTok has launched Symphony Agent, a new artificial intelligence tool designed to guide advertisers through the entire campaign creation process, from shaping an idea to producing videos and finding suitable creators for collaboration. The company says the system is meant to shorten the path from concept to finished campaign by combining a brand’s goals with trends and successful content on the platform, then generating campaign-ready video clips in minutes.
The agent also scans for relevant creator content and helps identify the best-fit creators for each campaign. TikTok said the system includes built-in safeguards, such as labeling AI-generated content, invisible watermarks and content filtering mechanisms.
TikTok integrated Symphony Agent into three core products. In Symphony Creative Studio, it builds ads through a chat interface. In Content Suite, it finds existing creator content and expands it according to advertiser needs. In TikTok One, it helps with creator discovery, briefing and managing large-scale collaborations, including matching creators to different languages and markets.
TikTok also introduced customized creator networks within Content Suite, allowing brands to create pools of creators, employees, partners or brand ambassadors. Participants receive briefs and campaign summaries and can turn videos into ads, with the goal of making content production and creator management more efficient while keeping full campaign control. Anna Falkin, TikTok Israel’s business operations director, said, "Symphony Agent allows brands to turn insights into ideas, ideas into content and content into results, faster than ever."
