Rabbinical, Public and Business Figures Attend Itzik Ohana’s Engagement Celebration

With good signs and congratulations, the senior haredi media personality Itzik Ohana, 28, the society correspondent for Kikar HaShabbat and one of the owners of the popular entertainment page “HaRabanit,” celebrated an emotional vart last night, Sunday, with his bride, Chani Pahima of Petah Tikva, 27, in a good and successful hour.

The bride is the daughter of Rabbi Binyamin Pahima, head of the “Torah v’Chesed” institutions in Bnei Brak, and the granddaughter of the late Rabbi Makhlouf Pahima. The proposal itself took place in an emotional ceremony on a balcony facing the Western Wall, a remnant of the Temple, in the presence of a small group of close friends and acquaintances. The proposal was held in an emotional ceremony on the balcony of “Lev Shalom” facing the Western Wall, produced by Elhanan Elbaz and “Zug MiLema’lah,” and afterward the vart celebration was held at the bride’s family home in Petah Tikva, attended by rabbis, public figures, businesspeople and media personalities.

Itzik Ohana began his career in the haredi media world in 2015 as a presenter on “Kavei News.” At the same time, he worked for about four years as a reporter and editor at the “Behadrei Haredim” website, and in 2019 he moved to serve as an entertainment and celebrity reporter and producer at Kikar HaShabbat. In 2020, he founded the popular entertainment page “HaRabanit” on Instagram, which became one of the leading sources for society news in the haredi sector.
