At the Gilboa Regional Kennel in Afula, Banna is a 1.5-year-old gentle female who loves people and gets along well with dogs, Johnny is a 2-year-old affectionate dog who lives for petting and calm walks, and Rex is a medium-sized dog weighing about 16 kilograms, about a year old, playful and friendly with other dogs. The kennel said it takes in hundreds of dogs a year from local authorities and urged families to adopt responsibly via WhatsApp at 050-407-7833, excluding Saturdays.

Other groups highlighted a wide range of animals: Kfar Saba and Ra'anana Loves Animals offered Quattro, a 3-month-old kitten rescued from Route 4, along with Mesushlah and Vati; S.O.S. Animals presented puppy Dobi, five-month-old Bonita, and the rescued dog Tut; SPCA Tel Aviv listed Zoro, Zuko, and Prince; and Herzliya and Netanya Loves Animals featured Auggie and Sean. Several organizations stressed that they have regular adoption days, including large weekend events in Herzliya and Tel Aviv.

The appeals also noted special medical or behavioral needs. Casper is blind and FIV positive but can live with people, children, and dogs, while Lizi in Ashdod lost a leg after emergency surgery and is learning to walk again. Other animals mentioned include Safgai, Paia, Sid, Clyde, Bobby, Dobi, Jordana, Mandy, Don, Dona, Kai, Kozmo, Shon, Jade, Yehuda, Maggie, and Ofer, many described as affectionate, social, or in need of a calm, experienced home.
