ONE ZERO ranked first in the Bank of Israel’s annual banking satisfaction survey, which is run by the Supervisor of Banks, according to the article. The new bank led the key measures among both private customers and owners of small and micro businesses, standing out on service, fairness and customer recommendation.
Among private customers, 78% said they would recommend that friends and family manage their accounts at ONE ZERO. Among small-business owners and self-employed customers, the recommendation score was 58%, also the highest in the survey.
The bank was also first in perceived fairness, with 74% among business owners and 73% among households. It topped satisfaction with bank employees taking initiative to reduce customer costs, at 51%, and led in handling cash-flow difficulties for businesses, at 50%. ONE ZERO also ranked first in solving issues raised by customers, with 64% satisfaction.
CEO Eyal Gafni said, “It is a huge satisfaction for us that we placed service and fairness as a supreme value,” adding that the results show customers value “transparency and fairness” from their bank.
