The Bank of Israel published today the findings of a satisfaction survey among business owners in Israel. Among the large banks, Mizrahi-Tefahot came out on top in business customers’ satisfaction with bankers’ professionalism, in how well it understands owners’ activity and needs, and in its ability to tailor the best financial solutions, including help with cash-flow difficulties.
The survey also found that Mizrahi-Tefahot leads in satisfaction with banker availability and with fast, professional telephone service. On the basis of these results, it is also the leading bank in recommendations from its business customers among the large banks.
Mizrahi-Tefahot CEO Moshe Larry said the survey shows that when companies and businesses look for a financial anchor, they choose banking that puts people at the center. He said the bankers’ deep knowledge of their clients, their professionalism, and their ongoing support in financial decision-making allow them to build tailored solutions. Larry added that this is the core of the relationship between business customers and the bank, and said Mizrahi-Tefahot will continue to listen to field needs and provide businesses with the most precise tools they need to operate with confidence and peace of mind.
