Atid 120, one of Israel’s leading assisted-living networks, has opened a new home in Modi'in, a luxury Longevity residential complex said to be the first of its kind in Israel. The project, located in the city-center neighborhood, was built with an investment of about NIS 600 million.
The complex includes a wide range of apartments, with two-room, 2.5-room, and three-room units. All apartments have balconies, and residents are also offered private parking spaces and storage rooms.
At the heart of the project is a Longevity center for older adults, which the company says provides broad professional support under expert supervision. Facilities include a cognitive training studio, personalized nutrition programs, an AI-based gym, a heated indoor semi-Olympic pool, a jacuzzi, a Pilates equipment studio, a music studio, a ballroom dancing studio, a movement and dance studio, yoga, Feldenkrais, and water activities.
The company said the Modi'in site is built around its Longevity concept and six core dimensions, movement, mind, nutrition, meaning, wellness, and connection, with each resident receiving an individualized plan. CEO Tomer Rosenberg said the opening of Atid 120 Modi'in marks the chain’s fifth complex and its flagship Longevity project in Israel. He said it offers a new living standard for seniors in Modi'in and the surrounding area, and added that the company is also building a new home in Kiryat Motzkin while expanding to more locations.
