Israeli winger Manor Solomon is facing an uncertain transfer market after a difficult season on loan, first from Tottenham to Villarreal and then to Fiorentina. Despite finishing the campaign on a relatively better note, his next move now appears complicated.
An English report says Roberto De Zerbi, who coaches Tottenham and previously worked with Solomon at Shakhtar, has told the player he is not part of his plans for next season and may sign with another club. The two enjoyed success together in Ukraine, and earlier reports said De Zerbi had tried to bring Solomon to Marseille, but that path now appears closed.
At the same time, Italian media report that Fiorentina sporting director Fabio Pratici has decided not to activate the option to keep Solomon for now. According to local coverage, Fiorentina are pursuing players with a different profile, though they could still keep the winger if Tottenham lowers its asking price.
The report leaves Solomon's future unresolved, with both Tottenham and Fiorentina currently signaling that his situation depends on whether a transfer compromise can be reached.
