Magnum, Israel’s leading ice cream brand, has launched Tricold, its first three-layer cone in the country, reflecting a wider dessert trend toward layered textures and mixed flavors. The new product is built around rich cream ice cream with two ice cream layers, white chocolate and dark chocolate, topped with a quality milk chocolate disc, Magnum’s familiar chocolate signature.
The company says the combination of three chocolate types is meant to deliver a deeper, more balanced, multi-layered indulgence with every bite. Tricold joins Magnum’s existing cone lineup, which includes the Classic cone, White cone and Hazelnut cone.
Ofri Shavo, vice president of marketing at Strauss Ice Cream, said the company saw consumers’ growing appetite for sophisticated, layered chocolate experiences and wanted to bring Magnum’s DNA into a richer format. “In the new cone we combined three types of chocolate, white, dark and milk, to create a cone that feels like a full chocolate dessert, with Magnum’s unique signature,” he said. “It is a product that raises the indulgence bar and continues Magnum’s growth in the cone category.”
The product is kosher for Mehadrin under the supervision of the Badatz Edah HaChareidis and is available at all supermarket chains and kiosks.
