For NIS 45 Million, Mical the Little and Nir Weizman Are Selling Their Penthouse
A dramatic library spread over two floors, a large and bright living room, a solid wood kitchen, a dining area perfect for birthdays, a private pool and a terrace with an outdoor kitchen and open city views, a look inside the star’s dream home in Park Tzameret, which could now be yours. If you ever wondered what it looks like to “live above Tel Aviv,” Mical the Little and Nir Weizman are now offering a fairly serious glimpse of the answer, and, according to reports online, a price tag of NIS 45 million to go with it. Their penthouse in Park Tzameret is for sale, and it is located on the 29th floor of a luxury tower in Park Tzameret, with a large open space and city views that make the whole idea of an apartment sometimes feel more like an entire world.
The spacious penthouse, which we have already seen before, feels more like a villa floating above Tel Aviv. From the entrance, it is clear this is no ordinary apartment, there is a private pool for the family’s use, in addition to the residents’ shared pool. The main space opens into a huge living room with two window fronts that replace entire walls, and black light fixtures between them add a touch of subtle drama. The floor is laid with herringbone parquet in a warm wood tone, which creates a homely feel despite the intimidating size of the place.
The color palette does not shout, it whispers, a combination of brown and green that softens the space, with a giant gray rug spread across it that manages to redefine the meaning of “living room center.” In the corner stand large speakers too, for anyone who wants the design to come with a soundtrack.
Adjacent to the living room is the family dining area, not small, not apologetic. A round table with a white marble top and delicate veining, surrounded by chocolate brown leather chairs that practically beg for a festive meal or at least a birthday cake for the kids.
And the real star inside? A huge library that rises two floors high. A glass railing lets you look at it from below and above, as if it were a private museum of books, design and the good life.
The kitchen is at the other end of the living room, facing the terrace, and continues the home’s design language, a long wall of wooden cabinets that complements the library, with light appliances and a particularly impressive beverage refrigerator built in between. In the center of the kitchen is a large wooden island with a stainless-steel top, where the cooking happens, the morning coffee is made, and probably all the important decisions in the house too. As Shabbat approaches, the pots are already on the stove and the atmosphere feels more like the working kitchen of a large family than a sterile luxury penthouse.
The children’s rooms also add a touch of magic that softens all the mega-luxury around them.
Outside: a terrace, views, and a kitchen that would not look out of place in a restaurant. If you thought we were done, outside awaits a spacious terrace with open Tel Aviv views, where the house breathes outward. There is also a luxurious outdoor kitchen, a gray dining table and a low seating area with white sofas and a round coffee table. Any buyers?
