A roundup of major Israeli music festivals highlights a packed summer and fall season across the country, with lineups ranging from mainstream stars to indie acts and family-friendly outdoor events. The guide includes five major events, each with dates, ticket prices and a distinct audience.
Magda Festival, formerly Ya'arot Menashe, returns for three days at the Megiddo Cultural Center, September 3-5. It will feature collaborations with artists and residents from the northern border area, plus performances by Balkan Beat Box, Berry Sakharof, Dudu Tassa, Hila Ruach, Tuna, Noga Erez, Sima Nuni with Cohen, DJ Ganis Radio Trip, MUTE ANNIE, Yael Zellinger and Neshama, Omer Gonen-Halevi, Tzahi Ventura, Shaman Shaman, Stiat Tikun and Dopamine. Tickets cost 150-190 shekels for a day, 330 shekels for two days, 100 shekels for children up to age 12, and free entry for children under five.
The Jerusalem East West Festival will take place at the Sultan's Pool on June 24-25, with prices of 179-329 shekels. Conducted by Maestro Tom Cohen, it includes an Eastern and Mediterranean tribute with Moshik Afia, Lior Narkis, Miri Mesika and Mehmet Dash, and a second night devoted to Israeli rock with Tislam, HaYehudim, Monika Sex and Shabak S'. The guide says it draws audiences and tourists from across the country and carries a luxurious Jerusalem summer atmosphere.
Levontin 7's 20th anniversary event, titled Night Without Quiet, is set for July 9, 2026, at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. The ticketed format lets attendees choose one main show, while also accessing gallery performances and all museum exhibitions that evening. Main acts include Shlomi Shaban, Hila Ruach, Uzzi Navon and the Havalim with Avner Gadsi, plus a tribute to Aviv Mark; gallery acts include Şatellites, Peled, Tiny Fingers, Gagagaya and Aylo, Kiki Malinki, TALMA, Megafonim, BĘÃTFÓØT, Jordan Erez, Victoria Hanna, Yehli Sobol and others.
The revived Arad Festival runs August 3-6 at Park Yehoshafat, with T-shirts and a four-night return for 85-129 shekels, plus a resident discount for Arad locals. Acts include Tuna with Sima Nuni, Ben Tzur with Eden Meiri, Idan Amedi with Yuval Dayan, and Eden Ben Zaken. Indingeb, which returned in a reduced form after October 7, marks 20 years with more than 100 artists at Mitzpe Gvulot from October 15-17, priced at 490-570 shekels, 190 shekels for children. Its lineup includes Ehud Banai, Monica Sex, Rita, Omer Smadar, Peled, Nuno, Maor Cohen, Tamar Bar, Lola Marsh, Alma Gov, Yishai Svissa, Duda, Shazamat, I Quit, Efrat Ben Tzur and many more.
