Guard Matt Coleman is in negotiations with Hapoel HaEmek about a possible move for next season, and could remain in Israel. Coleman played this season for Maccabi Ra'anana, where he averaged 19.2 points per game, shot 40% from three-point range and added 7.7 assists.
Coleman, 27, stands 1.88 meters tall and was one of the standout scorers in the Israeli Premier League over the past two seasons. In 2024/25, he played for Hapoel Haifa and averaged 14.7 points per game while shooting 42% from beyond the arc.
Earlier this season, Coleman also had a stint with Russian club Enisey, where he posted 11.2 points and 5.1 assists per game. Hapoel HaEmek recently appointed Jonathan Alon as its new professional manager.
