The State of Israel has filed a civil lawsuit in the Haifa Magistrate’s Court for about NIS 2 million against four terrorists from the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine who kidnapped and murdered soldier Moshe Tamam in 1984.
The state says the claim is meant to recover money it paid to Tamam’s bereaved parents, and to return those funds to the public treasury. The lawsuit seeks compensation for the financial damage caused by the attack, in addition to the life sentences already imposed on the men.
The defendants are Ibrahim Abd al-Razak Biadsa, Ibrahim Naif Abu Mukh, Saleh, formerly Rushdi, Abu Mukh, and the estate of terrorist Walid Nimer Asaad Daka.
