Zelensky Warns Moscow Will Also Pay If Ukraine Burns

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to morning strikes on oil refineries in Moscow by issuing a direct warning to Russia. He said, "If Ukraine burns, then your Moscow will also burn." Zelensky added that if Vladimir Putin does not want to end the war and intends to keep fighting, Ukraine will not remain silent and will respond.

The remarks came after attacks reported earlier in the day on refinery targets in the Russian capital. Zelensky framed his comments as a warning that continued Russian aggression would be met with retaliation.

He did not outline specific next steps, but his message was that Ukraine would answer further escalation instead of absorbing attacks passively.
