Israeli police and Border Police raided a fortified compound in Nazareth overnight that they said was being used to direct criminal activity by a crime organization. The operation was carried out with drone support.
During the raid, officers spotted several people fleeing the site. After a foot chase, they detained the runners. In total, eight suspects were arrested, including senior figures in the organization.
A search of the compound uncovered tens of thousands of shekels, police-style identification caps, a vest, and technological equipment. The raid was aimed at disrupting the group’s operating base and its command structure.
