Noa Moses, known from the Israeli reality show "Wedding at First Sight," discussed her weight loss, diet and body image during an Instagram Q&A. She said she has found a routine that suits her, stressing that what works for her may not work for everyone.
Moses said exercise is only part of the equation. "I know sport is only 20 percent," she explained, noting that when she trained for Ironman events, she weighed more than she does now. She added that her approach is not about eating nothing, but about limiting eating windows. "I fast between 16 and 20 hours a day, but then I eat whatever I want," she said, adding, "It is not suitable for everyone."
In a post she shared several weeks ago, Moses opened up about years of struggle with body image. She said people called her overweight in high school, and that she had previously weighed more than 20 kilograms above her current weight. She also said she has not weighed herself for about a year and that the number no longer matters to her. Moses described hearing contradictory comments, including that she should gain 20 kilograms because her body looks less feminine, and that she looks like a skeleton or too thin.
Moses also answered a question about whether she would do anything differently in her relationship with Ari. She said that if she could go back, she would have asked him to joke less when he was filming her and to be less relaxed when his energy was different from hers. Still, she said her own stress was part of the problem, and that today she understands it is fine if partners have different energy levels. "I am not giving up my energy," she said.
