Netanyahu Declares Iran Weaker Than Ever After Three Years of Israeli Military Campaigns

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Iran is currently weaker than at any point in its history, attributing this to Israel's military achievements over the past three years. Speaking at a Rosh Hashanah event in Tel Aviv alongside Defense Minister Israel Katz and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, Netanyahu highlighted what he termed "historic achievements" in Israel's "war against Iran," referencing operations such as "War of Revival," "People Like a Lion," and "Lion's Roar."

Netanyahu asserted that these three years of conflict have created a foundation for Israel's future security, pushing back threats posed by the Iranian regime, which he accused of seeking Israel's destruction and developing nuclear weapons. He described the regime as being in crisis and fighting for its survival.

"This regime is now in crisis. It is weaker than ever. It is fighting for its existence, and I am confident in the main task before us, in our ability, in the ability of our heroic soldiers, our heroic pilots, our air and navigation units and all other units, in our strong support and the people. I am confident in our ability to permanently eliminate this threat, that is, to overthrow this regime. This is the main task that still lies before us, but it is close. It is not impossible. It is achievable," Netanyahu declared.

The Prime Minister also emphasized that Israel's adversaries avoid direct confrontation due to its military might, resolve, and resilience. He issued a warning to enemies not to test Israel, stressing the nation's strength and unity in facing threats, and wished these qualities for Israelis in the coming year.

Earlier reports indicated Netanyahu had commented on the likelihood of the IDF resuming military operations against Iran in the near future.
