Ofer Winter Vows No Coalition Without Ultra-Orthodox IDF Integration
Ofer Winter, a candidate for the new political party, declared in Tel Aviv that his faction will not join any government that does not include a service law integrating the ultra-Orthodox public into the IDF. Winter firmly rejected any attempts to dismantle the party or place its members on other electoral lists. He pledged to work towards establishing an inquiry committee and achieving a military victory in Gaza.
Joseph Haddad, also a candidate for the party, echoed Winter's stance, dismissing proposed mergers within the right-wing bloc. Haddad presented a goal of garnering broad support from the Arab-Israeli public. He stated that the party intends to demand the Defense Ministry portfolio for Winter and establish a new Ministry of Public Diplomacy with a substantial budget.
