Avihai Moaz Pledges Support for Teachers at Start of School Year

Avihai Moaz, chairman of the Noam Party and a Knesset member, addressed teachers on the first day of the school year, assuring them of his continued support. Moaz stated that the reform he aims to advance prioritizes the status and profession of teaching by reducing class sizes, integrating advanced technologies, and improving working conditions and salaries.

He emphasized that the quality of the education system begins with the conditions teachers receive. "If we want better students, we must give teachers better conditions," Moaz said. He further pledged to work towards restoring respect and authority to teachers, enhancing their ability to "truly educate."

Concluding his remarks, Moaz wished teachers a successful school year and reiterated his commitment, stating, "I see you. I have not forgotten you. And I will fight for you."
