Former Ra'anana municipal chief Micha Nageri joins Bennett's Yachad party
Yachad, the party led by Naftali Bennett, announced that Michal Nageri has joined its ranks. Nageri previously served as chief executive of the Ra'anana municipality, and today she leads training for chief executives in local authorities while advising municipalities across Israel.
The party also noted that Nageri has been active over the past two years in the campaign against what it called the “draft evasion law.”
Nageri’s personal story was also highlighted in the announcement. She lost her son, Roee, on October 7, when he was killed in battle against militants in Be'eri. Roee served as a team commander in the LOTAR unit.
