Eyal Berkovic's Luxury Haifa Villa Price Slashed to $2.8 Million

The luxury villa in Haifa's Denia Alef neighborhood, formerly owned by retired Israeli football star Eyal Berkovic and his ex-wife Tali, has seen its asking price reduced to 10.5 million shekels (approximately $2.8 million USD). This marks a decrease from its previous listing price.

Tali Berkovic, who works in real estate, reportedly visits Haifa weekly to manage the property, conduct viewings, and answer potential buyers' questions. She has since moved to Tel Aviv, where she focuses on selling and renting luxury apartments. The villa was previously listed for 11.25 million shekels.

The property spans one dunam (about a quarter acre) and includes approximately 400 square meters of built space. It features seven rooms, an attached studio apartment, an internal elevator, parking, and a swimming pool, all while offering views of Haifa. Reports from March 2025 indicated the former couple had decided to officially sell the jointly owned home, which was then listed at 11 million shekels.

Eyal and Tali Berkovic, who met in high school in Haifa, were married in 1994 and have three children. They divorced in 2015 after more than 30 years together. Eyal Berkovic, 54, a former football player who achieved fame in Israel and Europe, retired from professional play in 2006. He has since become a prominent media personality, currently earning an estimated 200,000 shekels per month with Reshet 13.
