Dancing With The Stars Favorite Injured Before Finale

Just hours before the grand finale of "Dancing With The Stars" is set to air on Keshet 12, leading contender Bar Brimer suffered an injury during the dress rehearsal. Brimer, who had advanced to the finals with his partner Sana Sokol, twisted his ankle while practicing their final dance. Medical staff immediately attended to him, and rehearsals were halted. It remains uncertain whether Brimer will be able to compete in the finale due to the injury.

The incident occurs at a critical juncture in the season, following months of intense training and performances. Brimer and Sokol had navigated their way through the competition to reach the final round, making the timing of the injury particularly unfortunate.

Earlier, Brimer and fellow contestant Noa Cohen appeared on "Good Morning News" with Niv Raskin, reflecting on their journey. Cohen described the experience as a "significant journey" marked by hard work. Brimer referred to it as the "home stretch," expressing his desire to give a "final push."

Brimer had also spoken about a planned dance dedicated to his girlfriend, Agam Buhbut, set to a song written about him. He had eagerly anticipated this moment throughout the season, fearing he might not reach the finale to perform it. He described it as one of his favorite and most emotional dances of the season, calling the overall experience difficult, complex, and intense both physically and mentally, but ultimately rewarding.

With the finale imminent, the primary question is how Brimer's injury will affect his ability to compete alongside Sana Sokol. His participation is currently in doubt.
