Eight Injured in Southern Israel Traffic Accident
Eight people were injured on Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle collision on Ariel Sharon Street in the southern city of Netivot. Emergency medical teams from United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom responded to the scene and provided initial medical treatment.
Four of the injured were evacuated in moderate condition to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva. These included two women, aged 41 and 38, a 17-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old boy. Four additional individuals sustained light injuries and were also transported for medical care.
Paramedics from United Hatzalah, including Yosef Haim Siboni, Avichai Hami, and Elhanan Wazana, described the scene as a two-car accident where they treated three moderately injured and five lightly injured individuals. The circumstances of the crash are currently under investigation.
