Gantz Marks School Year Opening in Sderot, Calls It 'True Victory'

Benny Gantz, chairman of the National Unity party and former IDF chief of staff and defense minister, visited the Ha'R"A school in Sderot on Tuesday to mark the opening of the academic year. He was accompanied by the deputy mayor of Sderot, Yehudit Uliel.

During his visit, Gantz observed the school's growth, including the opening of new classrooms and the enrollment of dozens of new students and teaching staff. He expressed his satisfaction with the developments.

"To be here this morning and see a school that is growing and flourishing, with dozens of new students, classrooms opening, and a quality teaching staff, this is the true victory for me," Gantz stated. He extended his congratulations to students in Sderot and across the country on their return to studies, wishing them great success.
